Shipping rates & timing
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few hours for tracking to update after the confirmation is sent.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our beauty bars, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.
