Where we ship

      We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.
    

We hope to expand our reach soon. If you're outside our current shipping area and would like to be notified when we do, feel free to reach out.

Shipping rates & timing

Free standard shipping Orders over $70 — automatically applied at checkout

Standard shipping 5–7 business days after processing

Order processing 1–3 business days (each bar is packed by hand)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few hours for tracking to update after the confirmation is sent.

Returns & exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our beauty bars, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.
